Historic Walled Town of Northern Mallorca

Alcúdia is located in the north of Mallorca and is one of the island's oldest and most historic towns. It is best known for its well-preserved medieval walls, charming old town and proximity to some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches.

The town was founded near the site of the ancient Roman city of Pollentia, whose archaeological remains can still be visited today. Throughout history, Alcúdia played an important role in protecting the island from pirate attacks and foreign invasions.
